Policy regarding the processing of personal data

    1. This Policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter — Policy) is developed and applied in Limited Liability Company Specialized Developer "DERBENEVSKY" (OGRN 1207700131759, TIN 9725031757) (hereinafter — Operator) in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.07.2006 № 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the Federal Law "On Personal Data").
    2. This Policy defines the basic principles, purposes and methods of processing of personal data accepted for processing, the procedure and conditions of personal data processing of individuals who have transferred their personal data for processing to the Operator (hereinafter — the Subject of personal data) with and without the use of automation, establishes procedures aimed at preventing violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation, eliminating the consequences of such violations related to the processing of personal data.
    3. Policy is developed to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms of personal data subjects in the processing of their personal data, as well as to establish the responsibility of the Operator's officials who have access to personal data of personal data subjects for failure to comply with the requirements and regulations governing the processing of personal data.
    4. Personal data of the Subject of personal data is any information relating to a directly or indirectly defined or identifiable natural person.
    5. Operator processes the following personal data:

      • First name, middle name, surname of personal data subjects;
      • contact phone number;
      • email address.
    6. The Operator processes personal data of the Personal Data Subjects in order to provide the Personal Data Subjects with the full range of information at the Operator's disposal regarding the objects owned (under construction) by the Operator, information about which is available on the Operator's website, for other purposes, if the relevant actions of the Operator do not contradict the current legislation, the Operator's activities, and the consent of the Personal Data Subject has been obtained for such processing.
    7. Principles of personal data processing.

        1. When processing personal data, the Operator is guided by the following principles: legality and fairness; timeliness and reliability of obtaining the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of personal data; processing only personal data that meet the purposes of their processing; compliance of the content and volume of processed personal data with the stated purposes of processing. Processed personal data shall not be redundant in relation to the stated purposes of their processing; inadmissibility of combining databases containing personal data processed for incompatible purposes; ensuring the accuracy of personal data, their sufficiency and, where necessary, relevance in relation to the purposes of personal data processing. The operator shall take the necessary measures or ensure their adoption to delete or clarify incomplete or inaccurate data; storage of personal data in a form that allows to identify the subject of personal data, no longer than required by the purposes of personal data processing.
        2. The processing of personal data by the Operator shall be carried out in compliance with the principles and rules provided for by the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ "On Personal Data"; this Policy.
        3. Receipt of personal data.

            1. Personal data of personal data subjects are received by the Operator: by means of filling in by the Personal Data Subject of the fields for submitting the Application on the website addressed in the global network "Internet" using the domain name www.era.center, by other means not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation and the requirements of international legislation on personal data protection.
            2. Operator receives and starts processing the subject's personal data from the moment of receiving his/her consent. Consent to the processing of personal data may be given by the subject of personal data in any form that allows to confirm the fact of receipt of consent, unless otherwise provided by federal law: in writing, orally or in any other form provided for by applicable law, including through the performance by the subject of personal data of exclusive actions. By performing the activation the Subject of personal data gives freely, of his own free will and in his own interest written consent to the Operator to process the provided personal data. The consent shall be deemed to have been obtained from the moment of such activation, subject to its confirmation by the Personal Data Subject in the prescribed manner, and shall be valid until the Personal Data Subject sends to the Operator the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data. In the absence of the personal data subject's consent to the processing of his/her personal data, such processing is not carried out.
            3. The personal data subject may withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time, provided that such procedure does not violate the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. In case the Personal Data Subject withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue the processing of personal data without the consent of the Personal Data Subject only if there are grounds specified in the Federal Law "On Personal Data".
            4. The procedure for withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data: — To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, the Personal Data Subject shall submit a written application to the location of the Operator.
            5. In case the Personal Data Subject withdraws consent to the processing of his/her personal data, the Operator shall cease processing and, if the preservation of personal data is no longer required for the purposes of their processing, destroy the personal data within a period not exceeding 30 (Thirty) working days from the date of receipt of the said withdrawal, unless otherwise provided by the.
