ERA awakens love from the first touch. This is one of the few high-rise projects in city finished with natural stone with unique tactile characteristics.

When night falls on the city and the city flashes with myriads of colorful lights, ERA remains intelligent.
The delicate architectural illumination of the towers is designed to manifest the Art Deco soul of modern architecture: richness of form and elegance of detail, brass pylons and vegetal patterns.
The restrained golden light of the color temperature is an ommage to the classic ornaments of the style, which were often created using noble metallic tones. The light crown and active illumination of the lower floors allow the center of each tower to dissolve into darkness. This is how ERA becomes light and weightless.
GO TO THE LIGHT
The rays of light add a special airiness to the ERA entrance, making it even more welcoming. The unique luminaires symbolically replace the capstones in the arched canopies above the entrance. Openwork metal panels support the decoration of the lobby's stained glass windows. The elongated pendants of the spherical luminaires emphasise the height of the stained glass windows. It is as if ERA's elegant interior design has taken a step outdoors - and dissolved into the lighting and decor of the entrance groups and arches on the first floors.

The first time you enter the ERA lobby, you will easily feel this phrase. It was written in The Great Gatsby by Francis Scott Fitzgerald, who so accurately described the mores of the Art Deco era, and was realized in city by the designers of the HAAST bureau.
In the depths of their imagination so many beautiful things were born, that at the first minute these interiors seem to come not out of the real, but out of the literary world.
Read the interiors like a novel
The novel titled 'ERA Interiors' has all the makings of a bestseller. The soaring ceilings, reaching up to 20 meters, lend an epic quality to the lobby. The living room, a private conversation area, and a room with mailboxes are arranged in an enfilade to create a visually pleasing depth to the space."
Soaring arches behind panoramic windows, bio-fireplaces, and opulent chandeliers are like talented metaphors that one longs to return to again and again.
Find aesthetics in functionality
The parking lot features golden champagne-colored columns, natural marble on the walls and stone pavers on the exit ramp. At ERA, even bicycles and cars seem to be invited to a soiree. Here, functional spaces don't slip into functional design, staying true to the overall interior vision.
The same natural stone and travertine textures are still there in the stroller rooms and dog paw wash rooms.
