Tekta Group launches an interest-free instalment programme for the purchase of flats in the premium-class project ERA, located in Danilovsky District. The main feature of the programme is its flexible parameters, which the buyer can change in accordance with his/her capabilities.

These flats are not covered by the instalment programme, but there is a discount of up to 10%. On these terms within the special offer you can buy a flat from two to five rooms with an area of 69-117,4 sq.m. For example, the cost of a lot with Europlanning with the area of 83.7 sq.m. on the 8th floor with three isolated rooms and a spacious kitchen-living room with a discount is 34.62 million rubles. A 69.2 sq.m flat with two bedrooms and white box finish will cost 29.66 million roubles.
